It will show you list of order(s) you placed with us. Just click on "Cancel" button to cancel your order.
Please note that we cannot cancel the orders that have already been shipped.

No, due to extremely high fraudulent orders, we can only ship to your credit card's billing address.
If the address does not verify with the bank record through the merchant service, you will be notified through email
and your order will be put on hold.

We do not charge your credit card until we completely ship your order by generating the shipping label.

e-commerce websites, we ask you for issuing bank name and phone number to
verify validity of your credit card if any needs arise such as large and suspicious orders.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we authorize your credit card for the amount of your order.
At this moment, if we receive "No Match" response for the automated billing address verification (AVS) from your credit card bank,
this authorization is automatically voided from our system. Since the pending authorization will never be captured
by us, it will expire in few days or you can ask us to call your bank to release the authorization.

Money Orders must be in US dollars and drawn from a US Bank.

Please note that when you pay for an order by mail, we do not hold
any items you ordered until your payment is received, and we do not
ship your order until your payment is cleared (1-2 days for US Postal
Service-issued money orders).
