    We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from GameExpress.com. If you are not satisfied with an item(s) that you have purchased, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the receipt date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping.

    We accept returns that meet following conditions:

    • Returns must be postmarked before the 30th day from the receipt date.

    • Any hardware console systems are excluded from this offer, including handheld units (eg. Sony PSP, GameBoy SP, Nintendo DS).

    • All games must be unopened (plastic wrap and seals, if any, must not be broken).

    • Any accessories that have been opened are subject to 15% restocking fee.

    • All returned product(s) must be in its original and saleable condition, and include any manuals, cabling and accessories to ensure full credit.


    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for safe arrival of your return. We recommend that you use traceable shipping method with full insurance when sending us your return.

    Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

    Once you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), please print it clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RMA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

    When we receive your return which meets above conditions, we will issue the credit via original method of payment.

    To submit a return, please fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization Form, and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the instructions.

    Defective Returns
    Before returning defective item(s), we strongly advise that the manufacturer be contacted. The manufacturer will have solutions to the majority of your questions concerning the product(s). You may find the manufacturer's contact information from the instruction manual that came with the product.

    If your game doesn't load or freezes when you get to a certain level of the game, please make sure that:

    • Your disc is free from scratches or fingerprints. If not, you can use any on-the-market cleaning kits or basic rubbing alcohol to clean the disc. Please use a soft, lint-free cloth, and wipe gently in a straight line from the center of the disc, out.

    • Your game is for PlayStation 2 and has "CD-ROM" logo on the back of the game case, left bottom corner, and your system is an older models (SCPH-30001) then you may be experiencing a blue disc read error problem. You can read more about this problem on the search engines by entering keywords as: "ps2 blue disc read error". In this case, the game is not defective. But we do understand that you won't be able to play the game. You may initiate a return by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization Form, and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the instruction.


    We accept defective returns under following conditions:

    • Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling, accessories and in saleable condition.

    • Your detailed description of defectiveness which is submitted through our Return Merchandise Authorization Form, must be duplicated by our technical staff.


    Once you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#), please print it clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RMA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

    Please do not send us product(s) that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

    Please note that you will be responsible for safe arrival of your return.

    GameExpress.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. If you pay to send the item back to GameExpress.com, GameExpress.com will replace the item and ship the item to you at no charge. GameExpress.com will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

    When we receive your return which meets the conditions above, we will replace it with the same item unless it is OUT-OF-STOCK.

    Items shipped between November 15, 2009 and December 15, 2009 may be returned until January 15, 2010 for a full refund minus shipping. Any returns in this period must meet our returns restrictions and procedures stated according to its return type.
