  • Has my order been shipped?
    Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email is sent out, which contains the tracking. With exception of USPS Priority which only give you delivery confirmation, you can further trace your package with the shipping carrier using the tracking number.

    You can log into our Online Account and click on "Order History". Once an order is shipped, it will have the tracking number listed to further help you trace the package using shipping carrier's website.

    I just placed an order, will it ship today?
    Most orders in stock and placed before 3 pm EST may ship same day. Although they are subject to 24 hours of processing time, we will make every effort to ship your order as soon as we receive them. Our operation is closed on weekend.     How much is my shipping?
    After adding items to your shopping cart, you can visit our shopping cart page and enter your shipping zipcode to view exact cost of shipping and handling we would charge for your order.

    My shipment is lost/damaged
    We sincerely do apologize for this inconvenience on behalf of the shipping carrier. Please take following actions to speed up refund/recovery of your shipment:

    I have guaranteed delivery but package has not arrived yet
    If you have not received the package in time, please contact us immediately so that we can contact the shipping carrier and start an investigation. The investigation process may take upto 8 business days.

    If package has been found and delivered to you at later time, you can give us a call and we will be more than glad to get you refunded for the shipping cost from the shipping carrier. Please note that refunds are not possible on any delivery delays due to natural disasters or weather.

    If package has been deemed lost by the shipping carrier after the investigation, we can send out another package or issue you a full refund.

    Tracking show that my package has been delivered but I never received the package
    Please contact us immediately. We will contact the shipping carrier and initiate an investigation. The investigation may take upto 8 business days. Once investigation completes, and the shipment is declared as loss, we can send you another shipment or give you full refund for your order.

    Tracking show that my package has been delivered but I never received the package and my order was shipped using USPS Priority or Express
    Please contact the shipping carrier immediately and initiate an investigation. With USPS, when package has not arrive in expected time, they advise recipient to give 2-4 weeks for the package to be delivered. Only after 30 days, we can file a claim with USPS and with their approval, we can issue full refund in the amount of the invoice or send another shipment. If your shipping method was USPS Express and received the package in later time, please contact us and we are more than glad to find out if you are eligible for the shipping refund from USPS.

    My shipment is damaged
    Please contact us immediately so that we can file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. At this time, please keep all original packaging materials intact which is subject to shipping carrier's inspection. It may take upto 8 business days before the shipment can be deemed damaged by the shipping carrier. Then, we can then send you another shipment or give you full refund for your order.

    I received the wrong product
    Please contact us immediately so that we can confirm the wrong product sent out. Once we confirm the mistake, depending on availability of the product, we can either send out the correct product or give you full refund. We will schedule a return pickup to have the shipping carrier pick up the wrong shipment from your location.

    Do you ship to P.O. Box Address?
    We do ship to all P.O. Box addresses via USPS Priority or Express and fully insured with US Postal Service.

    Do you ship to APO/FPO Address?
    We do ship to all APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority or Express. Your shipment will arrive to the military drop off in the United States (east or west coast). After drop off, the military takes responsibility for your shipment and it will be processed through the military mail system.
